Our Services

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our judgment and years of experience.

The primary adjusting techniques we use include:

Diversified

After identifying which vertebrae have lost their normal motion or position, a specific manual thrust is applied to free up “stuck” spinal joints. More about Diversified»

Activator Methods®

This is a system of spinal evaluation combined with a handheld adjusting instrument that delivers a consistent, low-force thrust. More about Activator Methods®»

Gonstead

This full spine approach relies on X-rays and a heat-sensing instrument for a thorough evaluation and documented results. More about Gonstead»

Graston

Using these curved stainless steel instruments, we can successfully resolve adhesions and scar tissue, offering a pleasant sense of release.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy is a safe and effective method of helping an old/chronic injury heal faster. Shockwave therapy delivers a high-energy acoustic wave to the damaged myoskeletal tissue, creating biological changes that regenerate and repair bones, tendons and soft issue. The therapy also stimulates the activity of bone cells and can be used to accelerate fracture healing, disintegrate calcium buildup and restore mobility.

Chinese medicine

China’s 3,000-year-old medical system is based on the idea that balancing active and passive forces within the body enhances Qi (chee) and leads to healing. More about Chinese Medicine»

Acupuncture

As an ideal adjunct to chiropractic care, we use acupuncture when we see health problems that seem caused by disruption to energy pathways in your body called meridians. This centuries-old healing procedure focuses on the integrity of bodily systems, not specific conditions. More about Acupuncture»

Exercise therapy

Members of the traditional medical community often recommend physical therapy. This usually involves some type of exercise or repetitive motions designed to strengthen muscles and improve mobility. More About Exercise Therapy»

Massage therapy

For athletes in every sport massage can reduce fatigue and aid recovery from the exertion of working out or playing. Massage enables longer, more effective workouts, thus facilitating better performance and preventing injury. More about Massage Therapy»

Athletic Therapy
